Most of the class seemed to

Most of the class seemed to describe their minds and/or brains in terms of metaphoric objects rather than functional definitions. Is this a true measure of how we think? Or do we, in the context of this class, have acquired a tendency to describe our minds in a metaphoric manner? It would be interesting to see the results of this survey on a larger scale, and then maybe divide them into categories that we think would make a difference. For example, the brains and/or minds of humanities majors vs. the brains and/or minds of social sciences majors. Male and female? Oh wait the binary is irrelevant

I don't know what other categories there are for college students. Maybe students vs professors, or across age. That would be cool.
