mental health: right and wrong

Sounds like you're worrying too much about someone (you? me?) being "right" (or not being "wrong"?). Maybe there isn't a "correct" way to assess mental health"? But one can get less wrong? I certainly agree that people could graduate from Brown (or Bryn Mawr?) and go to prestigious medical schools .... and still be in "need of mental health help". What are the additional relevant observations in the case of the twin sisters?
