I really enjoy reading your people watching poems, both this one and the one about sitting at the mall.  I'm wondering if you might not expland this idea into a series.  Each poem a different place with different people?

I really like, "Wait for it."

I really like, "Wait for it."  Why?  I like how it addresses someone outside the poem?  I like the shift from description to imperative, the quickening tempo, the economy.  Like there is no more time to say it.
