SOMETHING TAKES CONTROL OF ME

colors spin around

pick me up

and take me

down a rabbit hole

if people do not seem to be consciously aware of how a decision they make positions them in a certain discourse rather than another, is it valid to say they are part of that discourse?  Can you be a part of a discourse without your own knowledge, decision-making, or even consent?

Are consent, intention, and/or consciousness requisites for identity in a given discourse?

What do I with them?

I know nothing of these students

despite the fact that i consider myself to be a multicultural person

this culture has never crossed my mind

despite the fact that i have close friends who are part of that culture

I

am rearranged

not broken

FEAR NOT

for dissonance is

just another doorway
