mind to mind?

I also was thinking about this....

I thought that the loops would be:

(1) conscious <--> unconscious

(2) conscious <--> physical world

(3) unconscious <--> physical world

I just put other people/minds in the world category - isn't it impossible to interact or connect directly with another mind?  Wouldn't other people be more like parts of the physical world in this sense?
