Yes, of course, the story teller involves neurons and chemicals, just as the rest of the brain does. But it doesn't necessarily follow from that that the same therapeutic procedures can be used in the two different cases. Nor that all effective therapies act in the same way. Cf. Brain data reveal how psychotherapy work.
