this is difficult

I had similar thoughts as Paige in that mental health is defined case by case. I do think that there is a biological basis for mental health, as in a need for specific neurotransmitters to fall within a certain range, though I think that the parameters of said range are blurry. I don't think that one has to be mentally healthy to function in society. I think mental health is at times connected to one's mindset. Mental health isn't necessarily about being happy, for I feel as though happiness is not the absence of sadness.
