Mental health definition

Hey everyone,

Here is my mental health definition starting point: Mental healthiness is being in a state where one is making decisions in accordance with a desire for personal happiness/wellness. One must both desire to be happy/well, and also be making decisions that one believes will lead to that end (which of course involves being capable of doing so). Happiness/wellness is a self-defined state, except in cases where it involves a danger to the physical health of the person or others.
