sleep pissing

last night i was at my boyfriends and apparently i woke up in the night, squatted in the corner of the room and pissed on the carpet. I used to do this when I was little but it hasnt happened since i was about 7. He said he put a bowl underneath me and then i told him it was fine and i tipped the piss down the sink, and then i happily came back to bed as if nothing happened!
very strange...!
