Lemonade

 

Lemonade is, in fact, my favorite beverage. From an early age it was a liquid that I can easily consume and make for myself. 

When I was in the sixth grade, I was getting really sick, and eventually, we found out that I'm allergic to corn and cow's milk, both of which are in everything. 

Particularly corn, with high fructose corn syrup, corn starch, corn flour, things fried in corn oil, or anything synthetically flavored. 

 

This immediately cut out a great deal of foods/drinks, but Lemonade, already my favorite beverage, didn't have to change, because of its simple recipe.

Sugar 

And yet each batch is specific to its creator, and can instantly turn someone towards or away from the drink. 

Lemonade is really delicious, but also lemon flavored things in general are perfect.
