  • Because our Caf food is pretty decent. I am not used to eating a "buffet" style meal for every meal, which definitely adds to the weight gain. I am also not used to eating dessert every day. I find myself having to control what I eat, rather than just eating what my mother cooked (which was always very healthy like salad fish and rice.)
  • The "Freshmen 15" mainly comes from drinking alcohol. The extra calories cause the extra weight.
