One final note on humans being special

The only way I can fairly consider humans as “special” is on an evolutionary scale. We have significantly expanded the range in the variety of combinations as a result of our own specializations. Human beings have introduced for the first time, from my knowledge, concepts like religion, currency, opposable thumbs, etc, adding to the grid from the diagram “themselves undergoing continuous change” (/biology/b103/f05/evolclassif.jpg) we observed in a previous lecture.
