This is an excerpt from a letter I read at my site sit this morning...

"But please tell me - and consult any of your friends if you must - if it is wrong, not to mislead others, but myself in something like this (and I believe you can think of more examples than just [NAME] concerning me than I care to list)? Perhaps we prefer to mislead ourselves before finding out that what we most desire is unattainable, and so the only thing with which we can impart the most trust is in our own imagination - a place where we are happier than in reality because even soemthing about which you want most doesn't compare to reality. Reality is a crude, unempathetic world that contains more variables, more laws of randmoness and arbitrariness which couldn't possibly be understood than our imagination does. So, please, tell me, is it so wrong to spoil myself in my imagination?"

-This is what happens when you give a hopeless romantic a bottle of wine, a pen and a piece of paper :) :) Something I plan to try in the upcoming days!
