I chose the classroom for my location because it was convenient for everyone's teach in. Students needed to use the chalk board, tables, pens, and pencils, so choosing a location inside with these resources was important. English House was also in front of Morris Woods. Other students also wanted to explore Morris Woods for their teach-ins, so it was convenient for them as well. Other students also needed space for their teach-ins (improvisation workshop), so the classroom was perfect for that. Everyone was pretty much satisfied with this location. The teach-ins took place in a classroom, but it was not in a traditional classroom setting. The students got a chance to become the teachers, so it was very interesting to see how they were utilizing the classroom and the space in it. Everyone used every inch nicely. I personally did not notice any difference the classroom environment and the outside (Morris Woods) environment had on students. We were all utilizing and interacting with every aspect of those environments. How people acted in them is only unique to those environments, so obviously there will be some differences in this context.
