I thing your final product turned out lovely! The stairs to the academic institution perfectly encapsulates the problems in academia regarding disability. You touch on a range of issue, form deregard of the person's wellbeing from lack of accomodation, to the amount of skepticism in place for measuring level of disability  and deciding what deserves care. The right side containing disability values is a nice disruption of the more strict and harsh academic framework. From an artistic perspective, the use of the sort of glitch effect for the right is eye catching and drives home that acess is the way to go to break down this adacemic ableism.

I really enjoyed reading your project. I think you did a great job visualizing a lot of the themes that we talked about with academic ableism in class. I really liked how you incorporated the words on the staircase and I feel like they really encapture academic ableism as a whole from the wide breadth of terms you chose. I really like how the right half of your project then takes the characterstics of academic ableism and contrasts them with characterstics of an accessible community. The left to right visualization to me represents progression and I think this layout really emphasized that. I think the incorporation of the words into a visual element really adds to the accessibility and interpretation of your project and allowed me to full understand what you were trying to convey.
