Incredible sketches! I really enjoyed getting a glimpse of your room with all your friends. The way you added a slight bit of fog makes me interpret it like a very comfortable safe space (which I assume was the goal). It was amazing how many support items you were able to fit into the 3rd sketch without making them look out of place. They were all somehow connected in a beautiful way and your descriptions really tied everything together.

Hi Lily!

I adored everything about your project, including the beautiful artwork, title, and explanations. I had never heard of the term access intimacy before class and now I am noticing it everywhere. I really loved the examples you gave of your community and the ways you care for each other. These seemingly small moments like giving your friend a new, less painful way to do their homework are actually really important and help create joy and support amongst the hard moments. I also really loved how you shared all the strategies you found useful - ice cubs, canes, and headphones - and how this created a sense of trust and care. It also made other people more comfortable and open about their disability which is very meaningful!
