This video (and this entire Youtube channel) are interesting to observe. The content creator has Beals-Hecht syndrome, and has trouble fully extending his joints. This relates to the rhetorical idea of wonder. Berwick's Youtube videos are posted with a comedic intention, and many find his content funny. However, would they find it funny if he did not have such a disability.
Also noteworthy is that he isn't being used for a commercial or advertisement. He is making these videos about himself, so he technically has creative liberty concerning what he posts.
