This article is about the Paris Agreement on Climate Change and while many countries (94 countries, representing 66% of carbon emissions) ratifed the agreement, it is still unclear about how they will address the issues because many companies do not have an incentives to address climate change. The agreement has not had a very large impact as many people think as the price has dropped from $9 to $6 for carbon emissions. And oil usage is out of control- while many electric cars have been sold in the past few years, they still only make up 1% of cars- there is a long way to go before climate change slows and global warming is seriously addressed.
