What should we do from here on out?
I feel as if this question is one that remains in the minds of many of us after out meeting yesterday. With so many concepts and so many ideas, it becomes difficult for us to find answers to these questions that we have posed. There may not even be a perfect answer out there to meet our needs, but each of us still have to do our part in finding what we can do for ourselves as well as the community around us. As for me, I'm really not sure what I can do personally for Asian-Americans out there. It's difficult to think about something as broad as this and the solutions that I think of may not always be the best or most productive. Therefore, I feel that right now, the best that I can do is to provide support, to engage in conversation, and bring up what I feel needs to be addresed. I hope that in the future, people will be able to come to get to know each other and begin to understand the various differences and similarities that all lie with each of us.
