Hi guys! In class today I mentioned that NW reminded me of Spoken Word Poetry. If yu don't know what that is, here's a link with 2 examples by Sarah Kay. They're each a little over 3 minutes, and they're pretty fabulous.

I actually haven't heard of Shane Koyczan, but I just looked him up and will definitely watch some over the break! And I would love to see some spoken word/poetry slams with you...maybe if we have another chance to choose where we want to go.
