Using a Bryn Mawr College Map to orient yourself,
visit the following locations (in no particular order):

  1. The campus center parking lot
  2. A laboratory in Park Science Building
  3. The glass staircase in Dalton Hall
  4. English House I
  5. Morris Woods, northeast of English House

Here's the Haverford College alternative, w/ map:

   1. South parking lot
   2. A laboratory in the Koshland Integrated Natural Sciences Center
   3. One of the glass spaces in the Gardner Athletic Center
   4. Meditation Room, Woodside Cottage
   5. Nature Trail, south of the Duck Pond

Reflect on these questions
(and then post your answers on-line):

    1. Rank the five locations in order of where you felt happiest.
    2. What influenced your comfort level? Why did you rank the locations the way you did?
    3. Rank the five locations in order of where you felt plants were happiest.
    4. What influences the comfort level of plants? Why did you rank the locations the way you did?
    5. What similarities are there between what plants and humans find most comfortable?
    6. What differences are there between what plants and humans find most comfortable?
