Remote Ready Biology Learning Activities has 50 remote-ready activities, which work for either your classroom or remote teaching.

SUMMER INSTITUTES FOR PHILADELPHIA TEACHERS - 1990-2002

Sponsored by Bryn Mawr College under a grant from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute

A series of two-week institutes offered during the summer that bring together Bryn Mawr faculty and precollege teachers from the Philadelphia School District. Each Institute meets in the Park Science Center at Bryn Mawr College five days a week from 9 am to 4 pm. Bryn Mawr faculty and Philadelphia school district teachers share perspectives on how to enhance science and mathematics education thorugh out the curriculum and at all levels of the educational enterprise. Among the major themes of the Institutes are

Institute participants receive a stipend and development grant to implement and report on curriculum changes resulting from the Institute experience. Interested teachers may apply to one or more Institutes. Additional information about the institutes is available from the links below.
