Fellows
(Page still under development)

The mission of the Center is to provide support to faculty exploring new realms in science. Faculty may apply to the Center for financial and other support.

Since 2001, the Center has supported two fellows. This year's fellow is Sharon Burgmayer, Professor of Chemistry, who has been exploring the relation between science and art (cf. transformation ), and is developing a new course on art and chemistry.

The 2001-2002 Fellow was a young linguist, Eric Raimy, who taught courses at Bryn Mawr College as well as at Swarthmore and Haverford colleges, and catalyzed an ongoing interdisciplinary discussion on language.
