The K-16 Community and Integrating Science in the Curriculum The Philadelphia Regional Network of Project Kaleidoscope, a national higher education organization concerned with science/math education, is holding a workshop on campus this Saturday, hosted in part by the Center for Science in Society. The regional network is interested in encouraging collaborations between K-12 and college/university scientists/educators. The workshop, aimed at bringing together college and pre-college teachers from around the Delaware valley for productive discussion will include a variety of presentations and small group discussions. College faculty/staff/students are invited to attend and participate in any and all sessions, which begin in the Benham Gateway Building at 8:30 am and continue to 3:30 pm.
