Measure for Measure

"When I feel the world is falling apart around me, I want to eat. If I can eat something and spit it out or throw it up, it makes me feel better. I have control of something that is happening to me that way. The only thing is that becomes such a drive like alcohol or gambling that it eventually has control of me and then I feel like nothing. Being out of control puts you in kind of a prison. I feel very guilty about doing what I am doing to gain control and I feel it like the branches can hurt me."
