Emerging simultaneously in a number of disciplines of the natural and social sciences, the study of "complex systems" provides metaphors and potentiallly general laws relevant in an enormous variety of contexts. This forum is for discussion of thoughts arising from and extending materials in Serendip's Complex Systems section. Comments entered here will be posted automatically. Comments not meant to be posted can be sent by Serendip.
