Different Behaviors, Different Brains?

HOME INDIVIDUAL VARIATION PATHOLOGY GENDER & SEXUAL ORIENTATION

Welcome

Hi there. Come on in and let your brain wander...

This site is a door to the unknown, a window to your assumptions, and maybe even a room of surprises! It is designed to let you think about whether there is such a thing as "the brain" or whether instead maybe everyone's brain is different. Maybe the question occured to you because of our exhibit which shows that different kinds of animals have different brains. (Click here to see the exhibit). Or maybe you have thought of it because of one of the following questions:

Are the brains of men and women the same in structure and function?

How does Alzheimer's disease affect brain structure?

Is homosexuality in the structure of the brain?

In any case, we're glad you're here! Let's see what we can do to explore our questions...
